We urge you that your rental is placed 1-2 days prior to your occasion and for your return to be booked the day after. Occasions that fall on a weekend will run a 4 day period, arriving on Friday and collected first thing Monday morning.
After completing the checkout and payment process, your FROW will be reserved. You will receive a confirmation email stating your rental has been placed successfully.
You will receive a digital confirmation email which can be located on your profile. Look for the option to download your invoice. This document will contain essential details, such as delivery and collection dates for your rented items. Keep this invoice handy throughout the rental period.
If you’ve missed your pick up date with no communication, you will be billed a late fee of 50% to your original rental amount.
Your garment will be picked up at the same location it was delivered to. The courier will collect your item the day after your special occasion between 12pm and 5pm. It's essential that you or a third party are ready for their arrival.
Ensure that your rentals are returned in the same condition as you received them. Pack your FROWS into the provided clothing bag, and our couriers will provide a second flyer bag and waybill to facilitate a seamless return process. It's essential to maintain the items' condition and follow the provided instructions for a hassle-free return experience.

When you receive your rental/s and find that you’re not happy with how they fit you please contact us on 071 561 3031 OR email us at info@rentfrontrow.com within 4 hours of receiving your items so we can do our best to help you get the correct FROW in time.
You will be liable to pay the FULL garment price advertised on the website.
Exactly the same as your One-Night Stand rental. With a membership plan, have the flexibility to book and check-out your FROWS when needed throughout the month.
NB: Shipping costs are not covered by your membership plan and each shipment will be billed upon checkout.
Front Row offers the flexibility to rent your items 1-2 days before your special occasion. Simply choose the days you require your items using our drop-down calendar, with a maximum rental period of 4 days.
- Once you’ve chosen your item/s, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout making sure you have double checked your delivery address.
- Upon checkout, you have successfully reserved your rentals, and your order will be processed at our offices. Couriers will be notified on the same day, and your rentals will be dispatched the following day.

Signing up to any of our memberships means that you get an additional month for free as a first time subscriber. Our membership plans offer you Front Row exclusives for even less than your once-off rentals. Knowing you have a credit for the future means you’re booking in advance and you have curated and prioritised your wardrobe. To ensure a seamless experience, we suggest signing up for your membership and checking out when you are prepared to place your first order. Your subscription will commence immediately on the date of checkout, allowing you to make the most of your membership benefits right from the start.
As a Front Row member, you are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Your monthly membership fee will automatically be billed and will continue until you wish to cancel.
If you choose to cancel your membership plan before the end of the month, you will still have access to the FROW closet until that month concludes.
